Section 7.1 says:

The hyperlink to "Section 2.6.1" of RFC 4158 in this text is incorrect:

   *  In step 6, Insignificant Character Removal, perform white space
      compression as specified in Section 2.6.1, Insignificant Space
      Handling, of [RFC4518].

It currently points to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc5280#section-2.6.1

It should say:
