                             Table 23: TEREDO

Notes:

I think we can treat TEREDO(2001::/32) in the same way as 6to4 (2002::/16). Because both prefixes are used as the anycast prefix in the internet.
Suitable value of TEREDO is N/A that is the same value of 6to4.

So the global scope of TEREDO prefix (2001::/32) is not false.

If there is no TEREDO prefix(2001::/32) globally, the IPv6 packets from IPv6 host can't get to TEREDO relay router.

---- Verifier note ----
After discussions with the authors, the original table must be split into TWO tables one for 0.0.0.0/8 and one for 0.0.0.0/32. IANA registry must also be updated.

See the following reference which is also given in the table:

--VERIFIER NOTES--
The proposed change is in error because it puts the 16 marker bits in the lowest 16 bits of the address, where the low 16 bits of the IPv4 address are supposed to go.

Notes:

The global scope of TEREDO prefix (2001::/32) and Unique-Local prefix (fc00::/7) is not false.
The proposed revision is N/A with reference to each RFC.
