RFC1122 states that 0.0.0.0/32 is "this host on this network" while 0.0.0.0/8 is "this network".

After discussions with the authors, the original table must be split into TWO tables one for 0.0.0.0/8 and one for 0.0.0.0/32. IANA registry must also be updated.
