      Action

         The Action field is two octets.  Values include:

            Process-TLV

            Negotiate-EAP

It should say:

      Action

         The Action field is two octets.  Values include:

         1  Process-TLV

         2  Negotiate-EAP

Notes:

The 'Action' code points to be dropped from the final text.
