Section 8.2 says:

Notes:

Section 6.1 says "It contains a URI as defined in [RFC-1738]" and RFC 1738 says in section 2.2:
"Octets must be encoded [...] if the use of the corresponding character is unsafe [...]" and
"The space character is unsafe [...]".
This means that the space character in this source uri must be percent-encoded or, in this case, removed.
