Section 1 says:
A prerequisite for any such function is a means of labelling the information content with an identifier for the language in which is is written.
It should say:
A prerequisite for any such function is a means of labelling the information content with an identifier for the language in which it is written.
Notes:
Last part of the sentence "in which is is written" should be "in which it is written".
