Section 3.7.1 says:

The QCLASS field may contain:

<any class>     matches just that class (e.g., IN, CH).

*               matches aLL RR classes.

It should say:

The QCLASS field may contain:

<any class>     matches just that class (e.g., IN, CH).

*               matches all RR classes.

Notes:

Manual inspection of each use of the terms RR and RRs did not reveal any additional incorrectly capitalized adjacent words.
