Section 7 says:

   other-sections := "*" ("1" / "2" / "3" / "4" / "5" /
                          "6" / "7" / "8" / "9") *DIGIT)

It should say:

   other-sections := "*" ("1" / "2" / "3" / "4" / "5" /
                          "6" / "7" / "8" / "9") *DIGIT

Notes:

There is an extra parenthesis at the end of the other-section rule which does not have a matching start paren. The intent of this rule is an asterisk followed by an integer without leading zeros.

Suggested resolution: hold for document update
