Date Reported: 2001-01-23
Section 2.6.1. says:
An atom consists of one to 1024 non-special characters. It must begin with a letter. Atoms are used for protocol keywords.
Need to define the term "non-special" as equivalent to the syntax for "ATOM-CHAR".
