Section 4 says:

Because the number of hash function applications executed by the client decreases by one each time, at some point the user must reinitialize the system of be unable to login again.

It should say:

Because the number of hash function applications executed by the client decreases by one each time, at some point the user must reinitialize the system or be unable to login again.

Notes:

Changed "must reinitialize the system of be unable to login again" to "must reinitialize the system or be unable to login again."
