Section 2.2.2.1 says:

       Accept-Additions = "Accept-Additions" ":"
                          #( addition-range [ accept-params ] )

        addition-type   = ( "*"
                          | milk-type
                          | syrup-type
                          | sweetener-type
                          | spice-type
                          | alcohol-type
                          ) *( ";" parameter )

It should say:

       Accept-Additions = "Accept-Additions" ":"
                          #( addition-type [ accept-params ] )

        addition-type   = ( "*"
                          | milk-type
                          | syrup-type
                          | sweetener-type
                          | spice-type
                          | alcohol-type
                          ) *( ";" parameter )

Notes:

The Accept-Additions rule references a non-existent addition-range rule, and the addition-type rule was not referenced anywhere. I assume that addition-range was supposed to be addition-type.
