Section 7 says:

   This size declaration should appear at the end of the
   message description; thus, forcing the reader to postpone an early
   consideration of bit details. xmodmap -e "add lock = Caps_Lock"

It should say:

   This size declaration should appear at the end of the
   message description; thus, forcing the reader to postpone an early
   consideration of bit details.
