Section 5. says:

Further, it is widely assumed that IP is simpler that circuit switching,
and hence should be more economical to deploy and manage [MCK2002].

It should say:

Further, it is widely assumed that PS is simpler than circuit switching,
and hence should be more economical to deploy and manage [MCK2002].

Notes:

Replaced second "that" with "than" and replaced "IP" with "PS" seeing as packet and circuit switching are being compared
