Section 2.1.1 says: 

   DNS records that would be
   classified "indeterminate" in the sense of [RFC4035] are simply
   classified as "insecure".

It should say:

   DNS records that would be
   classified "indeterminate" in the sense of [RFC4033] are simply
   classified as "insecure".
