Section 6.2 says:

   DISCUSSION: RFC 1123, section 2.3.3 requires error notifications to
   be sent with a NULL return address ("reverse-path").

It should say:

   DISCUSSION: RFC 1123, section 5.3.3 requires error notifications to
   be sent with a NULL return address ("reverse-path"). 

Notes:

RFC 1123, section 2.3.3., does not exist. The correct section is 5.3.3.
