Section 1.2 says:

In other related work, the path minimum transmission unit (MTU) discovery
algorithm can determine the MTU of an arbitrary internet path [14].

It should say:

In other related work, the path maximum transmission unit (MTU) discovery
algorithm can determine the MTU of an arbitrary internet path [14].
