Section 4 and 9 says:

In Section 4:

Next Header          8-bit selector.  Identifies the type of header
                        immediately following the extension header.
                        Uses the same values as the IPv4 Protocol field
                        [IANA_IP_PARAM].

In Section 9:

[IANA_IP_PARAM] IANA, "IP Parameters",
                   <http://www.iana.org/assignments/ip-parameters>.

It should say:

In Section 4:

In Section 9:
