Section 20.10 says:

No bit is currently defined for the DIS (DODAG Informational
Solicitation) Flags.

It should say:

No bit is currently defined for the DIO (DODAG Information
Object) Flags.

Notes:

This is obviously an erroneous copy-paste from section 20.9
