Section 2.4 says:

(three IEEE 802 plenaries plus three
IETF 802 interim meetings each year,
compared to three IETF plenaries per year)

It should say:

(three IEEE 802 plenaries plus three
IEEE 802 interim meetings each year,
compared to three IETF plenaries per year)

Notes:

"IETF 802 interim" should read "IEEE 802 interim"
