Section 5.18 says:

   Multiple Reply-Message's MAY be included and if any are displayed,
   they MUST be displayed in the same order as they appear in the
   packet.

It should say:

   Multiple Reply-Messages MAY be included and if any are displayed,
   they MUST be displayed in the same order as they appear in the
   packet.
