Section 2.1. says:

The OTN layering, as described in Figure 1, can be extended to
accomodate such implementations by introducing another layer called
the OChGroup Layer.

It should say:

The OTN layering, as described in Figure 1, can be extended to
accommodate such implementations by introducing another layer called
the OChGroup Layer.

Notes:

"accomodate" should be "accommodate"
