Erratum created by duplication from multipart Erratum 961 raised by Alfred Hoenes.

(10)  Section 17 -- bad internal reference

Within Section 17, in the second paragraph on page 35, the reader
is referred to:
                 "Figure 2 in section 24"
which should be:
                 "Figure 2 in Appendix A"
