Section 5.2.2. says:

     - One-octet length of following hashed material.  MUST be 5.

         - One-octet signature type.

         - Four-octet creation time.

It should say:

     - Six-octet with the following three items.

         - One-octet length of the remaining two items which are
           included in the hash.  MUST be 5.

         - One-octet signature type.

         - Four-octet creation time.

Notes:

It is not the lenght of hashed material, but it is the length of the
next two items, which are included in the hash. And these three items
belong together and have six-octet length.
