Section 5.1. says:

   The recipient of the message finds a session key that is encrypted
   to their public key, decrypts the session key, and then uses the
   session key to decrypt the message.

It should say:

   The recipient of the message finds a Public-Key Encrypted Session Key
   packet that contains the session key encrypted with the recipient's
   public key, decrypts the session key, and then uses the session key
   to decrypt the message.

Notes:

There is only one session key, the session key, not a session key.
The recipient is singular.
Encrypted with public key, will be decrypted with secret key. Encrypted
(with the public key) to some cipher.
