Section 5.4. says:
If Path MTU Discovery is used, however, the segment size may not be a submultiple of the send space,
It should say:
If Path MTU Discovery is used, however, the segment size may not be a factor of the send space,
What is a submultiple?
submultiple is defined as an exact devisor of a number. The noted usage is perfectly fine.
