Section 5.4.4 says:

The equations given above for embedded parity can be used to
map a file offset to the correct component object by setting the
number of parity components to 2 instead of 1 for RAID4 or RAID5.

It should say:

The equations given above for embedded parity can be used to
map a file offset to the correct component object by setting the
number of parity components to 2 instead of 1 for RAID5.

Notes:

Clarify that the RAID_PQ algorithm extends the rotated parity scheme as specified for RAID_5.
