Section 3.2 says:

    LAST-ACK - represents waiting for an acknowledgment of the
    connection termination request previously sent to the remote TCP
    (which includes an acknowledgment of its connection termination
    request).

It should say:

    LAST-ACK - represents waiting for an acknowledgment of the
    connection termination request previously sent to the remote TCP
    (The connection termination request sent to the remote TCP included
    an acknowledgment of the connection termination request sent from
    the remote TCP).

Notes:

It is unclear what 'which' and 'its' refers to.
