Section 9.1 says:

It should say:

Notes:
a) Registry heading garbled
b) RFC 5151 -- that's where we are there!
Hint: The IANA registry file is *not* affected.
Apparently the error has been introduced after IANA processing,
or IANA has detected and corrected the issue when updating it.
