Section 2 (p.4 bot.) says:

   TLV: Type-Length-Variable data encoding.

It should say:

   TLV: Type-Length-Value data encoding.

Notes:

Wrong expansion of acronym;
cf. RFC 3359 and RFC-Ed. file "abbrev.expansion.txt".
