Section App. B says:

   When the TDM circuit is channelized according to [G704], and in
   particular when it is desired to fractional E1 or T1, it is
   advantageous to use one of the structured AAL1 circuit emulation
   services.  [...]

It should say:

   When the TDM circuit is channelized according to [G704], and in
 | particular when it is desired to transport fractional E1 or T1, it is
   advantageous to use one of the structured AAL1 circuit emulation
   services.  [...]

Notes:

In the first paragraph on page 33, the verb "transport" (or similar)
is missing.
