Section 6.3.2.2 says:

   In order to simplify the management problem, it may be acceptable to
   use the same authentication algorithm and authentication parameters,
   regardless of the sending RP and regardless of the destination DR.

It should say:

   In order to simplify the management problem, it MAY be acceptable to
   use the same authentication algorithm and authentication parameters,
   regardless of the sending RP and regardless of the destination DR.

Notes:

RFC 2119 keyword is not capitalized.
