Section 4.5.9 says:

  If the router was previously in RPTNotJoined(G)
      state, then there is no need to trigger an action in this state
      machine because sending a Prune(S,G,rpt) is handled by the rules
      for sending the Join(*,G) or Join(*,*,RP).

It should say:

A reference to a page would be very helpful at the end of the event description in reference to the “rules for sending the Join(*,G) or Join(*,*,RP).”
