Section 4.5.1 says:

It should say:

+------------++--------------------------------------------------------+
|            ||                          Event                         |

|            ||             | Timer       |              |             |

+------------++-------------+-------------+--------------+-------------+

Notes:

At the intersection of “NoInfo (NI)” and “ReceivePrune(*,*,RP)” it is noted that there is a change of state to “NI”, which is the current state – this is unnecessary. At the intersection of “PrunePending (PP)” and “ReceivePrune(*,*,RP)” it is noted that there is a change of state to “PP”, which is the current state – this is unnecessary.
--VERIFIER NOTES--
It is perfectly possible to parse this with a basic knowledge of the protocol states and events.
