Section 4.2 says:

      # or Assert(*,G) message to be sent out interface iif.

It should say:

      # or Assert(*,G) message to be sent out iif.

Notes:

“should be sent out interface iif” is redundant as “iif” stands for “incoming interface” and this expands to: “should be sent out interface incoming interface”, which is redundant.

In this case "iif" is the identifier of an interface. It reads better as it is.
