Section 4.1.6 says:

immediate_olist(S,G) =
       joins(S,G) (+) pim_include(S,G) (-) lost_assert(S,G)

It should say:

immediate_olist(S,G) =
       ( joins(S,G) (+) pim_include(S,G) ) (-) lost_assert(S,G)

immediate_olist(S,G) =
       joins(S,G) (+) ( pim_include(S,G) (-) lost_assert(S,G) )

Notes:

Left or right associativity is not established at the beginning of this document, so it is necessary to clarify which operation happens first: (+) or (-).
