Section 9 says:

IP6-multicast =       hexpart [ "/" integer ]

IP6-address =         hexpart [ ":" IP4-address ]

hexpart =             hexseq / hexseq "::" [ hexseq ] /
                              "::" [ hexseq ]

hexseq  =             hex4 *( ":" hex4)

It should say:
