Section 4.3.7 says:

   Consequently, EAP-PAX requires the use of a
   Diffie-Hellman group with modulus larger than 3000.  

It should say:

   Consequently, EAP-PAX requires the use of a
   Diffie-Hellman group with modulus larger than 3000 bits.
