Section 5.1.3 says:

   list of encapsulation types defined in [RFC5512]; they are listed in
   Section 11.

   The MPLS encapsulation tunnel type, listed in Section 11, is needed

It should say:

   list of encapsulation types defined in [RFC5512]; they are listed in
   Section 12.

   The MPLS encapsulation tunnel type, listed in Section 12, is needed

Notes:

Typo in the reference, Section 11 is "11. Security Considerations", but text refers to "12. IANA Considerations"
