Section 1 says:

It should say:
pseudo-random way and comply with the security requirements of | relevant standards from ISO [ISO1], ANSI [ANSI1], NIST [FIPS], | and SECG [SEC2].
Notes:
The referenced by [ISO2] standard ISO/IEC 15946-2:2002 was already withdrawn at 2007-11-07 and is therefore no more relevant.
The industry consortium Standards for Efficient Cryptography Group uses itself the abbreviation SECG, see http://www.secg.org.
