Notes:

In RFC 6743, Section 2.1, page 7, in the packet diagram, the first field marked "RESERVED" should be marked "Operation", as it is in the introduction for Section 2.  This was a typographical error. The definition of the "Operation" field and the packet format in RFC 6743, Section 2, on pages 5 through 6 are correct and complete.

(The original errata suggested to change the packet header diagram in Section 2 to change the Operation field to RESERVED. After consulting with the authors, the correct fix is to correct the example in Section 2.1)
