Section Appendix B says:
B.1. Testing Round Function and Key Setup key = [91 28 13 29 2E ED 36 FE 3B FC 62 F1 DC 51 C3 AC] [...] B.2. Testing the IV Setup key = [91 28 13 29 2E ED 36 FE 3B FC 62 F1 DC 51 C3 AC]
It should say:
B.1. Testing Round Function and Key Setup key = [91 28 13 29 2E 3D 36 FE 3B FC 62 F1 DC 51 C3 AC] [...] B.2. Testing the IV Setup key = [91 28 13 29 2E 3D 36 FE 3B FC 62 F1 DC 51 C3 AC]
Notes:
There is a typographical error in the example key used in sections B.1 and B.2. As a result of this error, the key does not match the examples.
The correct key values appear in Appendix A.

Section A.2. says:
mkey = [00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00]
It should say:
key = [00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00]
Notes:
The letter combination "mkey" for the key is only used in section "A.2. Testing with IV Setup" and nowhere else. In sections A.1, B.1 and B.2 instead consistently "key" is used. So I assume that the additional "m" is a typo. To retain formatting, an additional space is added after "key" as in sections A.1, B.1 and B.2.
