Section 2.1 says:

   rtcp-attribute =  "a=rtcp:" port  [nettype space addrtype space
                         connection-address] CRLF

It should say:

   rtcp-attribute =  "a=rtcp:" port  [space nettype space addrtype space
                         connection-address] CRLF

Notes:

There must be a space between "port" and "nettype".

It should say:

The session initiation protocol (SIP, [RFC3261])

Notes:

SIP stand for Session Initiation Protocol, not invitation.
