Simple DSN

   This is a simple DSN issued after repeated attempts to deliver a
   message failed.  In this case, the DSN is issued by the same MTA from
   which the message was originated.

Notes:

Section for "IANA registration form for diagnostic-type" accidentally uses 'address-type' instead of 'diagnostic-type', incorrectly indicating that diagnostic-type information should be used for address-type registrations.
