Section 4 says: 

      One such case can be found in the URI
      Resolution application which defines the 'p' flag which states
      that the next step is 'protocol specific' and thus outside of the
      scope of DDDS.

It should say:

      One such case can be found in the URI
      Resolution application which defines the 'P' flag which states
      that the next step is 'protocol specific' and thus outside of the
      scope of DDDS.

Notes:

Capital "P" is used for the flag in the URI Resolution Application RFC3404
