Section Conformance says:

isdnMibConformance OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { isdnMib 2 }

It should say:

isdnMibConformance OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { isdnMib 3 }

Notes:

Maybe this was already reported as Errata 491, which I couldn't read.
Anyhow

isdnMib 2 is already used as
isdnMibTrapPrefix OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { isdnMib 2 }
