It should say:

  MD5-HASH-EXPERIMENT

      pkcs(1) pkcs-9(9) smime(16) modules(0)
      id-mod-MD5-XOR-EXPERIMENT(49) }

Notes:

The value assigned for id-mod-MD5-XOR-EXPERIMENT is 49, not 999. This error will not impact interoperability, but it could impact developers using some ASN.1 tools.
