Section 12.1 says:

It should say:

   IPv6 Option Number [RFC2460]:

   HEX         act  chg  rest
   ---         ---  ---  -----
    26          00   1   00110     Quick-Start

Notes:

In IANA web page http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv6-parameters values are sorted following rest field, by HEX contains the complete value. The errors appears also in the IANA database.
