Section 3 says:

Trustees appointed by the IESG or by the ISOC Board of
Directors may be recalled by the appointing body. 

It should say:

Trustees appointed by the IESG or by the ISOC Board of
Trustees may be recalled by the appointing body. 

Notes:

ISOC has a Board of Trustees, not a Board of Directors.
