Throughout the document, when it says:

   ... MIME media type ...

It should say:

   ... media type ...

Notes:

The adaptation to RFC 4288 has been performed in an incomplete manner.
"MIME" should better have been removed from the Abstract (1 instance)
and the first paragraph of Section 1 (2 instances) as well.
