Section 8.2, pg.6 says:
[SHA2-2] NIST, "Descriptions of SHA-256, SHA-384, and SHA-512", May 2001, <http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/fips/ fips180-3/fips180-3_final.pdf>.
It should say:
[SHA2-2] Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) 180-3, Secure Hash Standard (SHS), October 2008, <http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/fips/ fips180-3/fips180-3_final.pdf>.
Notes:
Rationale:
The given Ref. entry is a mix of outdated and current information.
(Corrected text obtained by borrowing from RFC 5758.)
Also, the Ref. anchor "SHA2-2" seems to be a reminiscent
of the predecessor FIPS PUB 180-2; perhaps, "[SHS]" might have
been preferable.
